Elevate SX (Emtropy) Integrations

Summary

Begin with getting familiar with how to configure your integrations and reviewing the product features of Elevate SX. Your Support Operations and/or IT Team may want to review the documentation on User Management.

Once you are acquainted with the basics of how Elevate SX works, you may want to reference the API Documentation which is also available on the Help & Support Center.


Setting-Up Integrations

We enable you to integrate your existing ticketing desk with Emtropy to seamlessly pull all your tickets, customer feedback platforms to import CSAT scores, communication platforms to improve your team efficiency.


Only an admin user can access the Integrations setup. To set up an integration, please follow these steps.


1. Click on your Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard and click on the Settings menu.

    

2.  Select Integrations.  See instructions below for your specific application.
