Frequency of alerts being triggered for LTE and Sentiments

Basically, For each case, multiple alerts will be triggered for LTE and sentiment predictions. Please find below the sentiments that alert only once.

Sentiments:

Regardless of how many sentiments are detected, the alert will be triggered for all of them.

Likely to Escalate:

In a single case, if we get a signal that is likely to escalate multiple times, then we receive that many alerts.
