Can I create an alert that notifies a private slack channel from SupportLogic or is it only public channels and individual users that i can add?
Yes, Alerts can be sent to private Slack channels or individuals, see example below:
The only requirement is that our SupportLogic app needs to be invited and added to the private channel. Refer to the below screenshot.
