Enable SLO Conditions in My Alerts

Question: I am unable to see SLO conditions in My Alerts


This article explains how to enable SLO conditions on the My Alerts page.


To view the SLO conditions on the alerts page, go to Control Centre > Settings > Target Case Metrics page. In the target case metrics page, there is an option to enable the SLO metrics to show SLO tracking in the application.

Enabling "SLO tracking" will set metrics to their last configured values. 

Enabling "SLO tracking" will also enable "SLO" section under "Operational Metrics" page. For more information, refer to Operational Metrics.

Once the SLO condition is enabled, you can double-click on any conditions or simply drag and drop to the main page to create an alert for the SLO.
