 Is there a way to open a case directly on customer CRM from SupportLogic?


Purpose: 


This article explains the ways a customer can navigate to the case on your CRM directly from SupportLogic UI.


Summary: 


There are times where we wanted to open a case directly in our CRMs for various other reasons. SupportLogic allows you to do so with ease from different parts of the platform.
