How to avoid previous responses in an email thread getting detected

When an email is sent to the customer or when the customer replies in the thread, sometimes, we could see the previous responses as well.


This is because SupportLogic will truncate the original description when it detects the signature of the agent as highlighted in the below screen shot.


It will be helpful, if the responses sent to customers have signatures. Only then SupportLogic will truncate the original description in the email.
