Previous responses are sent through when a customer replies to the thread

When an email is sent to the customer or when the customer replies in the thread, sometimes we could see the previous responses are automatically sent through. 


This is because SupportLogic will truncate the original description when it detects the signature of the agent. As per the screenshot that I have attached.


It will be helpful if the responses sent to customers have signatures, only then SupportLogic will truncate the original description in the email.
