How to fix a user not being able to add case notes?

Goto the profile on the top right, Click the preferences and then select the Integration and click Connect button to 


  • Update any changes made to case fields through the SupportLogic UI (if you have permission to modify them)
  • Reply to the customer
  • Add internal comments (visible only to users within your organisation that are viewing the case)
