How to add/create Dashboard User

How to add/create an user and enable dashboard access in SupportLogic UI



Search for User


  • Before creating an user, we have to check whether the user's email address is already registered in the SupportLogic UI with the help of the steps below.
  • Navigate to Control Centre >> Manage Users >> Search Users 

Create an User


Please find the below steps for creating an user and how to grant dashboard access and other permission for the users.


* Click on Control Centre >> Manage Users >> Select User Tab  >> Copy the user's email address user you want to create and enable dashboard access.


* Select 'Assign' profile and then a temporary password will be created, you can update the name of the user and click on Save.


* An invitation email will be sent to the user, then the user will be able to access the SupportLogic UI.
