How to configure alerts for last outbound message based on hours?

By default the last outbound activity shows that it can be configured based on days, however one can still configure alerts to trigger based on hours. 

This is possible by using the decimal conversions similar to 0.0834 days which makes 2 hours for the alerts to be triggered.
