How to set OOO/Away for agents

1: To set OOO/Away for agents, we should have 'OOO events' permission enabled for the user. Please follow the below steps to enable OOO permission for the user.

* Control Center - Manage user - Search user - OOO - Toggle on 

* Please find the below screenshot for your reference 

2: Once get an permission is enabled we can select Agent insights from Agent management module and search for the Agent

   * Click on the Agent profile 

   * In the Out of Office column, select the date range for which you want to mark OOO/Away for an agent. 

   * You can select the reason and click on save for OOO/Away.

   * It is mandatory to select the reason for OOO or AWAY to be applied for the users.
