Question: The user is reporting that he doesn’t want to see the loading symbol while moving between cases, How do you disable it?
If you do not wish to see the loading symbol while moving between cases, please follow the below steps:
- Go to the Control Center -> Settings -> Support Hub
- Under the Support Hub option scroll down and click on the Enable option to disable the "Support Hub Transition Animation"
- If this option is enabled, it will display a smooth transition between cases
