What are the conditions required for an alert to be triggered ?

This alert activates based on the following conditions:


>> When a case is created (Case event)


>> Root cause field of the case is product configuration or external configuration (Case field)


>> Reporter/Reporters of the case (Particular accounts)



Once  these conditions satisfy , SupportLogic will trigger an alert via various methods. The alert is sent via Email / slack / MS teams to multiple agents or a group of customer success engineers.
