Unable to see Health score tab for some account

If the Account health score is not displayed for certain accounts, please check the following possibilities.



Health Score Visibility:

The Account Health Score tab is designed to be visible for individual accounts and groups that are ingested from CRM ( Cloud icon indicates accounts created in CRM). This score provides a holistic view of the account's health based on various metrics.


Individual Accounts vs. Merged Accounts:


Individual accounts refer to those that have not been merged with any other virtual accounts. 


Accounts that are merged with one or more virtual accounts are referred as merged accounts . The Health score tab for merged accounts will not be shown.


However, the AHS for merged accounts will not be visible individually. Instead, the AHS score for the merged entity will be a consolidated reflection of the health of all accounts included in the merge.


Identifying Virtual Accounts or Virtual Orgs:


If the health score tab is not visible for certain accounts, it is recommended to check whether these accounts are merged accounts . Virtual accounts or virtual organisations will not display individual AHS scores as health score is calculated only for the customer CRM accounts.
