On the Console, it is possible to view the unassigned or assigned case distribution. To view the case distribution, go to Console -> New Cases tab, refer to the below screenshot to view the case distribution option.
Click on the assigned or unassigned options to check the cases based on Region, product, Component, NPS, and category. Also, you can view the open/closed cases by clicking the drop-down in the Case Distribution widget.
It is also possible to export the case distribution as an image. Click on the three dots near Case Distribution option and export the file as an image.
