Is there a way to show all “sentiments” that need action? Like list them all so can quickly go through them and mark them for accuracy?

Yes, there is a setting in the console page that allows us to display only the unacknowledged signals. This will provide  a list of the signals that need to be acknowledged, which can be reviewed and acknowledged. Once the cases are acknowledged, it will move to the Acknowledged case lists.
