Unauthorised access to SupportLogic help and Support Portal.

This Article helps to understand how to give permission for the customer to login into SupportLogic help and Support Portal when they get an error message Unauthorised to access the portal.

1: This issue can rectified by the Support team, Kindly reach to support@supportlogic.com

 2: For this situation, we need to check whether the customer's email address is a verified contact or an unverified contact.

3: If the customer contact number is unverified we can send an activation key from the portal to make the customer login into SupportLogic help and Support Portal.

How to Send an activation key to the customer.

* We can select the contact tab on the FreshDesk Page and search for the email ID.

* In the Top right there is button "Send activation key "
