Unable to tag a comment to a user to Slack by typing “@”, this doesn’t populate any slack user details.
Customer would not able to tag a comment to a user in Slack by entering "@", until or unless slack is configured in the account.
Please find the below screenshot as a reference.
Once user is signed in to the slack, he can tag a comment to the user in Slack.
Please refer to the below screenshot on Sign in with Slack
Click on the share button on the top right and click on the "Slack" icon then click on "Sign in with Slack" to provided requested details and permission to authenticate the user to slack.
