Cases can be accessed by just modifying the case number in the Instance URL. This may be accomplished by utilising the URL below by simply altering the case number that needs to be accessed.
You need to enter the instance URL with the case number in below format
https://{Instance URL}/support/cases/<Case number>
Example: https://foundry.supportlogic.io/support/cases/195145
To get the ticket URL, click the "Copy ticket URL" in the support hub view as shown in the screenshot below,
