When do I see the Health Score?

User should have "Health Score" permission enabled in the manage users to view the customer Health score.

How to enable Health score 

Go to the Control Center > Manage Users and search the user and scroll to extreme right to enable 'Health Score' permissions. This will allow the user to see the customer's Health scores on the Customer Insights page.

Please refer to the below screenshots for a better understanding.





Note: The health score will be shown for only individual accounts, not for virtual or group accounts.


Note : If the AHS module is not activated in your SupportLogic instance, you will see the default score of 50.
