Why do I see the closed cases in the Backlog?

Modified on Fri, 28 Jul, 2023 at 11:38 AM

The data displayed here is historical; it displays the list of open cases that were new and closed during the selected time frame.

For example, as given in the below screenshot, on the date filter if you select June 11 to June 24 and it shows  133964 open cases, in which you could see 82227 new cases and 79741 cases closed, that means the  cases could have been created within June 11 to June 24 and were open and closed during the time period that has been chosen.

The list shows the latest status of the cases rather than the status at the time of the graph.
