The health score will be displayed in the customer board for cases with a health score of 0-100, and accounts with a health score of 0 will also be displayed with the sort option.
However, by changing the list, you may add another filter for health score, which will remove all other cases and show only those that match the criteria.
To apply the filter, click on "⋮" icon >> edit list >> customer field >> health score >> select the required value.
The AHS score is set to 50 by default and fluctuates depending on the factors in below screenshot.
Note : In certain cases, the AHS score remains at 50, indicating that the AHS score is not enabled
