ICA Case assignment timestamp is way off.

In SupportLogic, a preferred timezone can be set to view the cases from the Console page. Please follow the below steps for changing and setting up the timezone for your SupportLogic instance.

  • On the top right corner, select the profile icon and go to the Preferences option.
  • In the popup window, go to the Timezone option and select the time zone that you prefer.
  • You can also add another timezone by clicking the "Add another timezone" option and searching for the city name to locate the timezone. 
  • Click on the city name to add the timezone.
  • Once the timezone has been changed, please refresh the page for the changes to take effect.

To remove the timezone that you have added, mouse over that particular timezone and the remove option will be shown on the right side. Click on the "X" symbol to remove the added timezone.
