SupportLogic Instance Keeps On Loading

Purpose

The Purpose of this document is to assist further with the loading issue with the SupportLogic page.

Summary

Occasionally, SupportLogic instances would keep loading as in the following screenshot. This issue can be caused by any of the following errors:
  • SupportLogic instance may be active in another tab.
  • Cookies or Cache issues.

SupportLogic instance may be active in another tab:


This issue may also occur if the SupportLogic instance was kept active in another browser tab. To resolve the issue, close all inactive browser tabs and refresh the active URL tab.


This may resolve this issue.


Cookies or Caches issues.


It is also possible that cookies or caches are the cause of this issue. Therefore, please use the following URL to clear the cookies and caches from your Chrome browser. After clearing the cache, reopen your browser and try accessing your SupportLogic instance.
