Is there a way to reset the "QA Score card" to the default and delete the previous lists ?

The current design does not allow us to revert to the default since customised review questionnaire needs to created by the support managers for their team. 


 Previous drafts cannot be deleted from the UI as per the application design. 


The existing checklists and previous versions can be duplicated and edited as per the requirements.
