Coaching Pages

The Coaching section is where you can access, track and navigate to all the comments and feedback left by you and your team. In addition, you can also leave comments for anyone within the team or send a video message (via Loom). 

Whether it’s general feedback, manager notes or evaluations that are a part of the QA process or even Disputes, you can now access all feedback for your teams from within the new Coaching page.

The section consists of 4 parts –

• Share Feedback - Directly send a message to anyone within your organization. We also got a targeted three-pronged form available (Detailed Note checkbox on the bottom-right) for coaching comments to and from and agent.

• Record Feedback - This allows you to record your screen and send video and audio comments to anyone from your team, using Loom. 
• Inbox - Everything that is sent by others to you, shows up here.
• Outbox- Everything that you send, is shown here.

In addition, we’ve customized the view for Agents and Managers, so that everything of note is available to you with ease.

Want to track whether your agents have seen and acknowledged the feedback received?

Click on the checkbox to mark a message as seen.

Note, this will reflect in the sender’s outbox as well.

All recipients have the capability to mark a message as acknowledged by checking the box in the actions section within their Inbox.
