Slack Alerts

With our newly launched integration with Slack, you can now get notifications for all communication made on the Elevate SX dashboard in your organisation’s Slack channel and as Direct Messages. 

This enables speedy communication between Managers, Team Leads and Agents. Whether a ticket needs to be Flagged, Reviewed or you simply want to Notify all Agents of something – you never have to miss out on anything important again.



Manual Reviews:

Once you’re done reviewing, you can now send a Slack DM to either a particular Agent or all Agents associated with the ticket.


You also have the ability to personalize this notification by adding your comments.




Notify Agents:

You can notify Agents about anything about the ticket send a message to all the Agents or just one.



Instantly mark something of note or congratulate your Agents for good work on a ticket!




Flag Ticket:

Agents can now instantly notify all Team Leads and Managers about a ticket.



Receive an immediate Slack DM to ensure you never miss out on something crucial.




Don’t have Slack?

Not a problem, you’ll still get Email notifications by following the exact same steps as mentioned above!
