QA (Case Evaluation) score card limitations in SL

In the current ACE (case evaluation) design, you are allowed to use only one evaluation checklist at a time. It doesn't offer an option to revert to the default evaluation checklist. Instead, users are required to create their customised review questionnaires. 


Users need to build their evaluation checklist by selecting and adding specific questions or criteria relevant to their needs. As per the application, it is not be possible to delete previous drafts from the user interface.



We now have Elevate SX - SupportLogic's all new tool that has a host of capabilities and sophisticated workflows specifically around all things QA. With regards to scorecards in particular, Elevate doesn't have any of the limitations that ACE currently does. Please refer to the article on scorecards in Elevate.
