Sorting the timestamp to display the last received date instead of the last modified date on the emails received.

This article aims to modify the time stamp date to the last email received date instead of the last modified date.

To sort emails based on the last modified timestamp rather than the message received timestamp, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Control Center > Support Hub (SL Admins only).

  2. Disable the prefer comment update time option.

  3. After disabling this option, customers will be able to see the last email received time stamp.

Please note that this feature is only available for SL Admins in Control Center's Support Hub.
