Can I expand my Scope filters when setting up profiles?

Yes, you can. A new setting has been introduced to make it easier to control the cases that users can see in the product. This setting can be enabled on the Settings → Scope page. Once enabled, it allows customization of each user profile in the product, ensuring that users belonging to a specific profile can only view cases owned by specific agents or teams.
