We have the option to list customers based on their Health score rank. To view these details, navigate to Customer Management > Top Customer > Customer Ranked by Health score tile, click the three dots and select "Edit List." Depending on your requirements, choose the desired option. If you need a list of health scores categorized as "Bad," please select it to see a list of customer health scores ranked with a Bad score. Additionally, there is an option to export the same. For further clarification, please refer to the below GIF.
