Virtual Teams and Org- Add option to copy/clone virtual queues

This article demonstrates the process of cloning an existing virtual queue to serve as a foundation:

1. Navigate to the new Assignment Queues page and go to the Virtual Queues tab.

2. Hover over and select the copy button for any desired queue.

3. After duplicating, personalize it with a name, team, etc., and then save.

Following these steps will result in the creation of cloned virtual queues.
