In Elevate SX, we offer pre-built canned reports that are effectively a structured dump of all the data that exists within the application for a particular workflow. These reports are specifically designed to be fed into any existing tool such as BI or Tableau etc that your organisation currently uses so that you can power your existing internal reporting & analytics with our data. All of these reports can be configured by - Users (or Groups) and a specific Date range of your choosing. In addition, you have the ability to send the report to you via email as well.
Additionally, access to the Reports page can be configured for each Role, from within the Settings > User Management > Roles. If there are any metrics or reports that you feel you'd like to have but you do not see within the application, please contact us. |
