Feature Add-on: Sentiment Acknowledgment in Slack Alerts

• Direct Sentiment Acknowledgement: Any Slack alert configured to detect sentiment now allows users to acknowledge the identified sentiment directly from the notification. This action will be reflected on the case sentiment carousel card for easy reference.

• Feedback Made Easy: After acknowledging a sentiment, you can provide valuable feedback or improvement suggestions through a dedicated note section.

• Enhanced Alert Readability:  We've streamlined Slack alert templates, hiding additional details behind secondary buttons. This keeps the main alert concise and easily readable on all screen sizes.
