How to check to which Team an Agent belongs to?

SupportLogic has introduced a new feature that allows you to view the team membership of agents within your organization. This article will walk you through the steps to identify which team an agent belongs to. 


Steps:

  • Log in >> to your SupportLogic account.
  • Navigate to the >> 'Agent Insights' section from the main menu.
  • In the search bar, type the name of the agent whose team membership you want to check.
  • Press Enter or click on the search icon to initiate the search.
  • Scroll down to the 'Agent Insights' page.
  • You will see information about the agent, including the Virtual teams and Virtual Org they have been added to.
