How to Use "Mark for Review"
- Navigate to the Ticket Detail page for the ticket you want to mark for review.
- Locate the new "Mark for Review" button.
- Click the button. Depending on your user role, you might see one of two options:
- Agents: Selecting "Mark for Review" will save the ticket and add it to the new "Review" board on the TOI page.
- Users: Selecting "Mark for Review" will submit a request for review. Agents will then be notified and can add the ticket to the "Review" board.
