In SupportLogic, the statuses displayed on the "My Agents" page in SupportLogic are determined by the case status field within the system. Unfortunately, these statuses cannot be removed entirely from the page.
However, we can offer an alternative solution to help you manage your view:
- Utilize the Global Filters section.
- Navigate to Quick Filters -> Case Fields -> Status.
- Select the specific status(es) you'd like to view on the "My Agents" page.
After selecting the status(es) from the quick filter it will show only the cases in the My Agents page.
