To remove invalid status fields (e.g., “Submitted for Approval”):
- Go to My Agents to identify any invalid statuses or fields.
- Navigate to Settings → Fields.
- Locate the invalid status field you want to remove.
- Click the “X” icon to the right of the field.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
