Why does adding a user to a shift in Shift Management show up immediately but not in Agent Insights?

When shifts are created for an agent, they will immediately be visible on the Shift Management page. However, these changes will not appear in Agent Insights until the first working day of the upcoming week. Currently, the Agent Insights reflect the existing week’s shifts until the transition happens.

This is the expected behavior of the tool, as it ensures that the data in the Agent Insights is aligned with the active week’s shifts. The upcoming week’s shifts will be reflected in Agent Insights as soon as the new week begins.
