How to Download the Dashboard User List in SupportLogic

This Knowledge Base article provides a step-by-step guide to help you download the dashboard user list in SupportLogic.

Steps to Download the Dashboard User List:

1. Navigate to Control Center:

   • Click on Control Center from the main menu.
   • Select Manage Users from the available options.

2. Export User List:

   • On the Manage Users page, scroll to the bottom.
   • Click on the Export as CSV button. This will download the list of dashboard users in CSV format.
