Overview:
SupportLogic allows redacting sensitive information from the comment body, including the case subject and case description.

To enable this feature, customers must follow the steps below:
Steps to Activate Comment Body Redaction:
Identify the Sensitive Information for Redaction
- Review your organization’s requirements and determine what types of sensitive information should be redacted from case comments.
- Google DLP (Data Loss Prevention) service supports various predefined sensitive information types that can be redacted (can use it as a reference).
Provide a List of Sensitive Information Types
- Refer to the Google DLP supported info types and select the ones relevant to your use case.
- Google DLP also supports region-specific info types, so consider any compliance or localization requirements when making your selection.
Submit Your Request to SupportLogic
- Compile the list of sensitive information types and submit it to SupportLogic’s Support Team.
- Ensure that your request includes any specific regional redaction needs.
