How to Export Auto Assignment Reports with Detailed Case Information?

When exporting the assignment report to Excel, you may notice that valid engineer names appear as “N/A”. Here’s how to ensure you’re downloading the most detailed report:


Steps:

  1. Go to Settings → User Engagement.

  2. Select the desired time period.

  3. If you click the down arrow icon to download the report, it will not include engineer names—this is a summarized report.

  4. Instead, click directly on the numbers under Auto Assignment.

    • This will display all relevant case-level details.

    • However, engineer names are still not included in this view.

  5. To get the full detailed report, including engineer names, use the “Export as CSV” option on the left side of the page.
