Unable to View Latest Sync Time in SupportLogic

Overview

This article explains the permissions required to view the Latest Sync Time in the SupportLogic UI and clarifies which user profiles have access to this feature.


Where to Find the Latest Sync Time

  • The Latest Sync Time information is available in the SupportLogic UI by clicking on the profile icon in the top-right corner of the interface.


Access Restrictions

  • The Latest Sync Time is not available to all user profiles by default.

  • To view this information, the user must have the Settings permission enabled.

  • Even if the Settings permission is granted, users with the Agent or Swarming profile will not be able to see the Latest Sync Time. This feature is restricted for those profiles.


Enabling the Required Permission

  • The Settings permission must be enabled from the Manage Users page.
