Answer:
Yes, we can add email addresses from other domains to alerts in SupportLogic. However, the domain must first be added to the Allowed Email Domains list.


This action can only be performed by the SupportLogic Support Team. To request the addition of a new domain, please contact the SupportLogic Support Team and provide the domain name along with the account champion’s approval.


Once the domain is whitelisted in SL, you will be able to:

  • Use the email domain for logging into SupportLogic.

  • Add the email addresses to alert notifications.

  • Create users with the new domain.
