Overview:
This article explains the steps to delete a user from the SupportLogic UI. Please note that only users with the appropriate permissions can perform this action.
Steps to Delete a User
Login to your SupportLogic instance using your credentials.
Navigate to Control Center > Manage Users.
Use the Search box to find the user by their email ID.
Hover your cursor over the user’s name, then click the “X” (delete) button next to their profile to remove the user.
Permission Requirement
To delete a user, your profile must have the Create/Edit User Roles permission enabled.
