Alert Notifications for Account and CSM Roles:

  • New Feature: Legacy Alerts now support notifications to CSM and Account manager roles.

  • How to Enable:For enabling this CSM and Managers roles should be mapped into cases. SL Admins can enable these roles in Application Settings.

  • Usage: Roles appear under Notification Method and dynamically send alerts to users linked to triggered cases.
