If a manager in the US time zone checks an IST-based agent’s Out of Office (OOO) event in SupportLogic, is the OOO time shown in US time or IST time?As per the latest release, the Out of Office (OOO) time is displayed based on the time zone selected in the SupportLogic UI. This means if the manager's UI is set to US time, the OOO event will appear in US time; if it's set to IST, it will appear in IST time. I am adding the screenshot for the reference.
