How It Works:
Navigate to the Shifts Module: Access the Shifts page within SupportLogic.
Add a Virtual Team or Organization: When creating or editing a shift, add a Virtual Team or Virtual Organisation as you normally would.
View Members: Hover over the added VT or VO to reveal the “See Members” link.
Select Specific Agents: Click on “See Members” to display the list of agents within the selected Virtual Team or Virtual Organisation. From the list, select the individual agents you wish to assign to the shift.
