Accessing SupportLogic Knowledge Resources

Purpose:

This article provides new users with reference materials and learning resources to understand and navigate SupportLogic effectively. 


 -  Accessing different knowledge resources in SupportLogic


  To find helpful documentation and guides within SupportLogic:

  1. Go to the SupportLogic portal.

  2. Click on Get Support.

  3. From the dropdown menu, select Knowledge.

    Tip: To find a Knowledge Base article for a specific feature or topic, enter a related keyword (e.g., Signals, Sentiment Analysis, Case Prioritization, Workflows) in the Knowledge section search bar. 

    -  SupportLogic Academy
                
      SupportLogic Academy offers role-based, self-paced training and certification to help users gain proficiency with the platform and optimize support operations.

                         Accessing the Academy:

  1. A unique access link will be provided to the user upon onboarding.

  2. If you haven’t received your link or are unable to access the Academy, please contact the SupportLogic Support Team for assistance.
