Support Operations Console module is disabled for my account

FAQ: Why Am I Seeing the “Support Operations Console Module Is Disabled” Error?


Issue

    You see the following message in the SupportLogic UI after logging in:

"Support Operations Console module is disabled for you"


















Reason

    This message appears because your user profile is currently set to either :

  • Swarming User profile

  • Agent profile

    These profiles have restricted access and are unauthorized to view the Support Operations Console or other advanced modules in SupportLogic.


Resolution

    To access the Support Operations Console and other restricted modules:

  1. Contact your SupportLogic admin \.

  2. Request to have your user profile moved to the appropriate access level (such as Manager or Admin) that includes permissions for the Operations Console.
